Free In-Store Pickup

Burden’s Vacuum provides Free Shipping to our local store. Simply place your order and select “Free In-Store Pickup” from the shipping options. A Burden’s Vacuum customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order is ready. We make it easy!

 

Free In Home Demo with Online Orders –

If you live within a five mile radius of our store location we will deliver your vacuum and give you a free in home demo (similar to what you would receive in the store). We do this so the customer will feel comfortable with their purchase. This will expand to more of Houston in the near future!

 

Shipping Times

Orders that are received and processed by 3 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday ship the same day unless otherwise noted.  Orders placed after 3 p.m. Central Time ship the following business day. All orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following business day. Special orders for products that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer are noted with delivery times.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes buying online can be tough to choose the right product. The item you choose might not be what you expected. No worries. Burden’s Vacuum will exchange your purchase with no restocking fees or shipping charges. Just give us a call within 30 days. We’ll help you pick out a different item that will better suit your needs. We’ll send you the new item and pick-up the first one at no charge. 

If you prefer to return your purchase, Burden’s Vacuum is here to help. Give us a call at 713-468-6952 within 30 days from the day it was delivered for a Return Authorization Number. Then simply ship the item back to us in its original box and/or packaging with all the accessories and instruction books. We will refund you 100% of your purchase price. Please note: Vacuum cleaners must be returned in “like new” condition. Vacuum cleaners exposed to water, drywall dust, or hazardous materials such as lead or mold are not eligible for return.

Exceptions:

A few of our online and in-store products are not returnable. These are mostly large or special order items. They are not returnable because of shipping costs or the manufacturers return policies. The manufacturer will usually replace these items in the event they are damaged in shipping or defective upon receipt, but they cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason. Here is a list of those special items that are not eligible for return:
Miele Rotary Iron and all Commercial Products including: Commercial Vacuums, Commercial Floor Scrubbers, Commercial Extractors, Commercial Steam Cleaners, and Commercial Buffers.  These items are not returnable (in the event they are defective we will work with you on having it replaced, repaired or exchanged as per the manufactures warranty).

 

 

  • Used bags, filters & roller brushes can’t be returned for sanitary reasons!
  • Chemicals May not be returned for sanitary purposes and resale problems.
  • A restocking fee up to 35% will be applied to machines that are heavily used, show signs of accidental, misuse or abuse by the consumer. All machines should be returned in like new condition, with the original packaging, manuals, attachments, accessories and in the original box to avoid a restocking fee.

Burden’s Vacuum Cleaner Company may cancel orders and refund a purchase because of pricing errors (or for any reason). Burden’s holds the right to Refund via check on all returned items. (Due to credit card processing fees).
